Jewel case re-issue DVD+2CDs and booklet.

Great sounding CDs, an interesting film, and a nice but tiny reproduction booklet. Glastonbury Fayre the iconic triple LP wrapped in it's own festival survival tent of posters, pyramids, domes and booklets you probably know all about, 'Glastonbury Fayre - the Movie', perhaps not. If you've not seen the film celebrating the second, 1971 Glastonbury Festival, you need to - it's great fun and very much of it's time. There is no footage of Gong in the film (just the odd snatch of music is all), although I've occasionally had the, "isn't that daevid allen in the distance in the corner of that field" type of discussion about certain scenes in the film - no firm conclusions though.

This is a jewel case reissue of the more expensive box set of the same three discs which was released in 2007 and which very quickly sold out. I have heard very vague rumours of an official release of the film with bonus bits and pieces, etc, but until that happens, if indeed it ever does, this is the only version available.
