The surreal pixie mythology had long gone with it's creators, Daevid Allen and Gilli Smyth, but the invention and stunning playing remained as the band sought to turn themselves into Weather Report. As this CD shows, they weren't far off achieving it either! Great jazzy, vibe, percussive led album but also high in the guitar 'genius' stakes with Alan Holdsworth and even ex Rolling Stone Mick Taylor.
