3CD box set 50 track review of Daevid and Gong's entire 'mainstream' career '67-'80
All the tracks come from the regular Charly releases (see track listing for details), there are no rarities or outtakes included. It's all housed in a colourful, if a bit cheesy little box and each CD is in it's own illustrated slipcase, there's also a 24 page CD-sized booklet included as well that covers the history of the Gong Family.
It gets cheaper and cheaper to buy this material because no musician receives a penny by any means for this release. I know some of you will want this but please get it here for a little artist benefit even if tenuous.
Note: Unfortunately the musicians can expect no royalties on sales or publishing from this release. The only way they benefit in any way from sales this CD is if you buy it here.
